New PWI roof expert

Mike - it's not like I have a huge trailer, but it is 7x12 - and I am only using less than 20% of the footprint - so yeah I've got tons of room to put the other 'dude' on.

I don't know why I typed in Chris Tucker - I meant to write Terry Miller - you know the ohio painter dude. He posted pics of this really large roof he did for only $340

Oh, Yep $340 is dirt cheap for an apartment/condo. I wonder how big it was. I get that for an average residential roof.

I included the link - you guys tell me - based on the roof job I have done and the advice I have gotten from others that job Terry did was an easy $1,000 job.

Yeah Dan, I think you are right on. I would have charged $1000 too.
