Pressure Washing vs. Softwashing

I could not have said it better myself we do only softwash cleaning of shingle and tile roofs here in the greater tampa bay area
We see many roofs ruined by pressure washing.

I think both methods are fine. I think that Soft washing is faster. Though soft washing cleaning with chemicals is a superior method for cleaning exteriors, which is safer than blasting away with high pressure, and it will do a better job at cleaning the surfaces. The high pressure is recommended when cleaning concrete.
