Tile Roof Cleaning in Palm harbor Florida!

Here are a couple of pictures from one of Tile Roofs we Cleaned this past week. We also Pressure Cleaned their Pool Deck and Enclosure and did a complete Exterior House Wash using a SAFE, non Damaging Soft wash Pressure Washing method. This particular customer was a repeat customer. We have done work for her for the past 5 yrs. She wasn't Home at the time that we performed the Cleaning. She called later that evening telling me that she was thrilled at the job we did. I Love keeping My Customers Happy!

Here is another that we did�this past�week. This Roof was a flat painted Tile Roof in Palm Harbor Florida. It had not been Cleaned in the past 8 yrs. It could really use a new coat of paint but it's hard to tell from the street. It was covered in Black Mold with yellow Mold spores. We added a good amount od sodium hydroxide to the mix which breaks down the bond of the yellow/gold/mustard (as I call it) Mold Spores. these Spores will now be rinsed away with a good rain and will no longer be visible and this Palm Harbor Tile Roof will be even brighter than it is in these pictures.

Heck NO Spencer, I still post here, from time to time. One of my roof cleaning trucks spit a brake pad, but we got it fixed. Both trucks are running today, one in Oldsmar, and one in Plant City on a big tile roof in walden lake. It is steep, no gutters, and a ton of plants, so we are taking our time cleaning it.

Still looks like a few are posting here on this Roof Cleaning forum. Its been a busy year for us and we are very greatful. I hope everyone is having a great year. www.aspc.us
